UpsertTransactionProperties
/api/transactionportfolios/{scope}/{code}/transactions/{transactionId}/properties
Create or update one or more transaction properties for a single transaction in the transaction portfolio.
Each property will be updated if it already exists and created if it does not.
Both transaction and portfolio must exist at the time when properties are created or updated.
